ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand (such as promotions, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select domestic and international destinations. Availability may vary depending on location, carrier limitations, and local regulations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

The Pointer Hint is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier directly
  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thepointerhint.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can assist you.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
