What’s the big deal?
What we know so far, is the best way to dial in you coffee grind size. Depending on the flow speed and duration. You have a visual of the quality of your tamping, the pressure is created by your coffee grind not by a pressurized cup. If it’s too small, coffee barely comes out. If it’s too big, will flow fast and bad extraction. The sweet spot is when it barely flows continually, not dripping, and you get a nice crema.
