  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges under the same conditions

Return Method & Costs

  • Method: Returns must be sent by mail
  • Return Label: The customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You will be notified once your refund is approved and issued
